- It is good to air a grievance rather than to keep it bottled up.
- Protection of human rights is essential for all around development of an individual’s personality.
- To realize the primary need of the students and staff and secure civil liberties for everybody a Grievance Redressal Cell has been constituted.
- The cell is intended to find solution for problems like sexual harassment- any kind of physical or mental harassment, complaints regarding classroom teaching – classroom management, completion of syllabus teaching method etc., if and when they arise.

To safeguard the interests of the learners, Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Daad, set up the POCSO Committee (set up under the provisions of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012) on 22nd August 2017.
The Committee works towards safeguarding the learners from the challenges they face in their formative years at school. The Committee takes up age appropriate initiatives to create awareness about sexual exploitation and to ensure that all learners are aware of their rights and responsibilities towards themselves. Training sessions are conducted for the faculty and staff to recognize and report issues of abuse and neglect. Complaint Boxes are placed strategically and checked regularly by the Committee members to address the complaints, if any.
Counselling sessions are organized for the children in which one to one interactions with the students are done by experienced counsellors.
For each class mentors has been assigned who spend 40-45 mins with the children every day and listen to their queries.

This committee has been formed at Guru Gobind Singh Public School, Daad, to address issues under THE SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013.
The purpose of this committee is to provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the prevention and redressal of complaints of sexual harassment and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
